Nope! Your one-time purchase gets you in — forever!Â
What does “automatically opted in to pre-orders” mean?
As part of our new retail model, our members have essentially raised their hands and said, “I expect to buy new releases from Tera Kaia!” Sometimes, those products will only be released to members.Â
We keep your card on file and automatically consider you to have pre-ordered new releases. Unless you let us know that you want to opt-out of a particular release, you’ll be charged and sent the new product once it’s ready to ship!Â
We consider our members to be a crucial part of both our product development and inventory processes. We keep our members in the loop and notify them about upcoming new releases. The automatic opt-in helps us understand how much of each product we should make, which lets us create only what we need: no more, no less.
What if I don’t want this season’s pre-order?
Want to opt out? No problem. You’re not obligated to order new releases; we’ll send along a reminder to let us know during the grace period.
